Elbert County Libertarians are welcome as you do not have an affiliate, and we would love to discuss plans on having a dual-county affiliate with you. You are eligible to be a member of our affiliate since you do not have an affiliate… yet.

There will be officer elections and other business as good and necessary under our bylaws.

All Board positions are open for election.

We encourage all Douglas County Libertarians to come for fellowship with other Libertarians and to learn how you can make an impact in Douglas County.  We are actively recruiting people to run for public offices and for appointments to public boards and committees.

Keep checking the website for any speakers which may be invited to this convention.

LPDC Board Meeting and Speaker Caryn Ann Harlos

There will be an LPDC board meeting at 6pm at the Wild Blue Yonder (back separate room) at 519 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 followed by a social with guest speaker Caryn Ann Harlos on her lawsuit against the Libertarian Party of Colorado for their lawless and rogue actions to put a big-ass statist, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on the Colorado ballot line instead of the candidates nominated at our convention. This is likely to be a very lively discussion and dissent is welcome but abusive or belligerent persons will be asked to leave. The Libertarian Party of Douglas County stands firmly behind Caryn Ann and against the rogue board of the state Libertarian Party and demands every single one of them to resign and let people who want to be an actual affiliate take the honor of leadership.

Regular business which may be considered, a resolution condemning the LPCO Board and appointment of Douglas County’s representatives to the State Platform and Bylaws Committees. We are also seeking a Treasurer, please email interest to board@lpdc.org or call LPDC Secretary Caryn Ann at 561.523.2250. Sic Semper Tyrannis!

All members of the Press are welcome.
